IT’S ALL about MUSIC

Hi! My name is Marcel. I am a proud Latino Italian Peruvian Indigenous creator. I know, that’s a mouthful. I love who I am and proudly represent all of my flags. I have been a music composer for years. A few years ago I left music to become a writer/director. Ultimately, music called me back on deck and have been re-vamping my entire catalog, sound, and approach to scoring. Stay tuned for more original music! And like always, thank you for your support. If you find something you love to license, send me a line @marceldioswriter.

TWO COMPOSER’S BETTER THAN ONE.

MARCEL DIOS HERRERA

Marcel is a multifaceted creative and entrepreneur with roots in Caracas, Venezuela, and a deep connection to his Latino heritage. Moving to the United States, Marcel began his career at TakeOver Records, where he worked alongside Ben "Jammin" Harper and gained invaluable industry insight. This experience led him to establish The Switch Agency in 2005, a firm that offered artist development, production, publishing, and record deals. One of their standout clients, Danni Rouge, reached No. 15 on the U.S. dance Billboard charts. Over the next five years, Marcel composed music, wrote songs, and produced, collaborating with artists like Chuck Harmony, Lupe Fiasco, and Far East Movement, while also composing for TV networks such as Viacom, A&E, and Universal Pictures. His deep understanding of the music industry and talent recognition propelled him further into creative endeavors, where he developed and directed music videos, commercials, and trailers for high-profile clients like HBO and Interscope Records. Marcel’s journey is marked by a dedication to staying true to his values, while constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity and business.

Rashon Murph

Ramu began his musical journey in Columbus, Ohio, playing piano at age three and later honing his craft at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. His career took off with a world tour alongside Bootsy Collins, followed by producing and performing for artists like Xscape and Kanye West. Moving to Atlanta, Rashon contributed to TV music, including the award-winning soundtrack for Greenleaf on the Oprah Winfrey Network. In Los Angeles, he collaborated with Jennifer Lopez for the Super Bowl halftime show and Disney’s televised performances. Now, as the founder of Vibry Music, Rashon leads a creative production house and spearheads the Afrobeats Worship movement, continuing to shape the industry with his innovative soundscapes.

We may be small, but our music isn’t.

  • Cutting music to any motion picture is pure magic. Not much to say about me, I’m your average gear-geek, music-nerd, film-addict since I could crawl. If you wanna see some of my work, check out my link below.
